As a Senior Product Designer (Growth), part of the Growth Monetization stream I focussed on key metrics such as activation, adoption, monetization and retention. I led design for intricate revenue-generating initiatives for Miro, including paid features, onboarding, offboarding, trials, and upgrade flows. Collaborating closely with PMs, analysts, and engineers, I helped shape the product strategy, devised hypotheses, and shipped impactful solutions, contributing to millions in revenue.

This collaborative effort involved aligning with over 10+ cross-functional teams across to ensure growth integration throughout the product.

By integrating advanced shapes more prominently and contextually, providing visual context with motion and animation, and prioritizing popular packs like AWS, we achieved a significant result. This not only increased conversion rates but also elevated the perceived value of our offerings, resulting in increased revenue, better discoverability and a more rewarding user experience.

Previously, the process was complex and limited, making it difficult for a subset of a team to upgrade. By removing friction from the upgrade flow and introducing streamlined options directly from the pricing page, the solution made it effortless for bigger teams to create new paid teams or switch between teams. The result is a more intuitive experience that empowers teams to uprage and adapt without unnecessary hurdles, driving efficiency and satisfaction.
